1. About Advanced AI Solutions

Advanced AI Solutions LLC is an independent Maryland company providing AI education, workflow analysis, prototyping, advisory, and implementation-support services.

Website descriptions identify areas of experience, exploration, and capability. They do not establish that a product has been deployed, adopted by a customer, approved by a government entity, or proven to achieve a particular result unless expressly stated.

2. Informational Purpose

The website is provided for general informational and business-development purposes. Website content does not constitute legal, financial, medical, accounting, engineering, cybersecurity, investment, or other regulated professional advice.

You should consult an appropriately qualified professional before making decisions that require specialized professional judgment.

3. No Client Relationship

Visiting the website, using a preview interface, sending an email, or requesting information does not by itself create a client, consulting, fiduciary, employment, partnership, joint-venture, or other professional relationship.

A client relationship begins only when Advanced AI Solutions and the client enter into an applicable written agreement.

4. Confidential and Sensitive Information

General website forms, email, scheduling fields, and payment fields should not be used to submit trade secrets, protected health information, government-restricted information, export-controlled information, Social Security numbers, complete payment-card information, or other sensitive or confidential material.

Information submitted before an appropriate written confidentiality or services agreement is in place should not be assumed to be confidential.

5. AI Systems, Prototypes, and Human Review

Artificial-intelligence systems can produce incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or inappropriate output. AI-assisted output should be reviewed against approved source material by a qualified and accountable person before it is relied upon or used for action.

Prototypes, concept demonstrations, modeled information, illustrative interfaces, and works in development are not production systems unless expressly identified as such in a written agreement.

Advanced AI Solutions does not guarantee that an AI system, prototype, recommendation, or implementation will produce a particular operational, commercial, legal, financial, or policy outcome.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, or connected services
• Interfere with the website’s operation, security, or availability
• Introduce malicious code, automated attacks, scraping systems, or unreasonable traffic
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use website content to violate the rights of Advanced AI Solutions or another person
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit protected website content without authorization
• Use the website to transmit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing material

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, the company, users, or other parties.

7. Intellectual Property

Displaying a prototype, concept, screenshot, use case, or organizational example does not transfer ownership, license intellectual property, or authorize reuse.

8. Third-Party Names and Technologies

References to organizations, technology platforms, products, or trademarks identify relevant tools, prior experience, independently operated services, or organizational context.

Such references do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, ownership, exclusivity, partnership, customer status, government approval, or formal affiliation unless expressly stated.

Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may link to or use independently operated services for hosting, email, scheduling, payments, security, or other business functions.

Advanced AI Solutions does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy notice.

10. Paid Services and Separate Agreements

Website descriptions, pilot prices, and calls to action are invitations to begin a conversation and do not by themselves create a binding offer, guarantee availability, or define a complete scope of work.

The scope, price, schedule, responsibilities, deliverables, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality terms, data boundaries, acceptance criteria, and other engagement terms will be established in the applicable written agreement.

If a written client agreement conflicts with these Website Terms regarding a paid engagement, the written client agreement controls for that engagement.

The separately posted Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to eligible website scheduling and payment transactions unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Advanced AI Solutions does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of third-party content, external links, modeled information, or illustrative materials.

Nothing in these Website Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Advanced AI Solutions LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the website.

This limitation includes losses related to data, business opportunities, revenue, reputation, reliance on website content, third-party services, or unauthorized access.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Website Terms, infringement of another party’s rights, or misuse of website content.

Subject to any nonwaivable legal rights, disputes concerning the website will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

We may update these Website Terms to reflect changes in the website, services, technology providers, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date identifies the most recent revision.

Continued use of the website after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Website Terms. Material terms governing a paid engagement will not be changed retroactively except as permitted by the applicable written agreement.

17. General Terms

If a provision of these Website Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These Website Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly applicable to the website, constitute the website-use agreement between you and Advanced AI Solutions.
