Current status

Operations Studio is currently a static product foundation. These pages do not collect information, do not store information, and do not transmit information to Advanced AI Solutions or to any other party. No assessment runs here. The acknowledgement control on the welcome page is presentation only and is not saved.

Intended data minimization

When an assessment is implemented, the intent is to request only the information needed to produce useful planning guidance about one workflow, and nothing beyond it.

Information that should not be provided

• Confidential, proprietary, regulated, or classified information
• Protected health information
• Payment card information
• Passwords, keys, tokens, or other authentication information
• Personal information about customers, patients, or employees

No document upload in the first version

The first version of the assessment is not intended to accept document uploads. It is intended to work from process metadata and plain language descriptions.

No system credentials in forms

No ERP or business system credentials should ever be entered into an Operations Studio form. The assessment is not intended to request them, and no field is intended to exist for them.

Separate consents

If report delivery is implemented, consent to receive a report is intended to remain separate from any marketing consent. Requesting a report is not intended to enroll anyone in marketing communication.

Private by default

Future reports are intended to be private by default rather than publicly listed or indexed.

Retention and deletion

Retention periods and deletion requests will be disclosed when the relevant features are implemented. Advanced AI Solutions does not claim controls that do not yet exist.
